This villa is located one and half hours north of Fiumicino Airport and twenty minutes south of Grosseto

Villa Marrakech is a charming estate positioned in the hills of Maremma along the Tuscan coast with a stunning view of the Tyrrhenian archipelago.

This beautifully maintained and totally fenced estate has been beautifully landscaped and offers the maximum of privacy.

The main building's ground floor (first fot Americans) has the kitchen, a large living room with a spectacular sea views, and a large bedroom with a bathroom.  On the first floor (second for Americans) there are two large en-suite bedrooms.

The villa is entirely air conditioned and has an alarm system.

Adjacent to the main structure is a small dependence with a large bedroom with a bathroom and a small kitchenette.

Surrounding the pool is another structure with two studios each with its own en suite bathroom and a small kitchenette.

In front of the pool is a large portico with a wood stove and a bathroom.  There is an additional apartment with a living room, kitchen, storeroom two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Next to this there is a 90 square meter space where the old owner had a billiard room, laundry and a small studio for the housekeeper.

Villa Marrakech has a five cars park, a small heliport and a dog kennel.
