This wonderful Villa on the top of a private hill has old origins. The intelligent redesign has maintained the ancient flavor of Maremma in the stones with which the bathrooms have been made to the woods that make up the floors. The attention to detail reveals the love and passion undertaken in the refurbishment to all who stay there.
Overlooking the Mediterranean towards the islands of Elba and Corsica, the property is located only two hours from Rome, one and a half hours from Florence and Pisa, while Siena is only 40 minutes away. In less than half an hour it is possible to leave from the port of Punta Ala or Scarlino to reach one of the most beautiful Islands of the Tuscan archipelago: the Island of Elba
From the over sized windows the landscape and the picturesque seasonal changes can be seen from every room. The ground floor has a large semi-professional kitchen, a wide living-room, a large bedroom with LCD TV, a safe, a mini-bar, a living corner with a bathroom containing a stone crafted tub and shower. On the same floor there is also one room for an office and two more bathrooms. The large imposing porch characterizes the southwest corner of the villa. From here, during a clear and windy day, you can admire incredible sunsets and the most surreal atmospheres overlooking the sea with an astonishing background of the Island of Corsica. The suggestive stairs made of iron and red crystal take you to the second floor where there are three wide bedrooms all equipped with LCD TVs, mini-bars, safes, living corners with large bathrooms, and a wardrobe room with a washer and dryer. At the third floor there are two more bedrooms, all equipped as the others in the house.
The private park of 37 acres grants the hosts peaceful privacy to enjoy the tranquility and the sound of nature as it grows.
It is possible to rent Villa Toscana for a minimum stay of one week with daily cleaning and linen change twice a week.
Weekly rates:
From October 1st to December 24th -> € 8.400,00
From April 13th to June 30th and from September 13th to September 30th -> € 10.400,00
From July 1st to September 12th and during Christmas and long weekend Holidays -> € 12.400,00
It is also possible to enjoy this wonderful seaside villa during the weekend or mid-week period with a B&B price rate. Also available are special packages for golfers.
